Inquiry & engineering review
Send drawing / sample / idea. Engineers review manufacturability, suggest material and finishing options, reply with detailed quotation within 24 hours.

Prototype & sample approval
We produce a prototype or sample for fit, finish and function check. You iterate until the spec is locked.
- 03
Tooling & production setup
For OEM / ODM programs, we build or modify tooling, set up the production line and run first-article inspection.
- 04
Production & in-process QC
Production runs with in-process inspection at defined checkpoints. Any deviation is caught and corrected immediately.

Final inspection & packaging
Every batch goes through final inspection against your specification. Custom packaging and private label applied as required.

Shipping & after-sales
We pack for export, handle documentation (CI, PL, COO, certs) and arrange FOB / CIF / DDP / air freight as agreed.

What is the MOQ for a custom part?
It depends on geometry and material. We routinely ship prototype runs of 50–200 units and production runs from 500 units. Send your drawing for a precise answer.
How long from RFQ to first sample?
Standard prototypes are 5–10 business days. Complex parts with new tooling may take 3–4 weeks. We confirm lead time in the RFQ response.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes — we can counter-sign your NDA or use ours. Standard practice for all OEM / ODM programs.
Which incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and air freight. We can also work with your nominated freight forwarder.
